I believe change and healing are possible when we better understand ourselves and the patterns in our lives. Especially with the state of the world right now, it would make sense if your goals were to feel less anxious, less stressed, more secure, more connected, and/or safer. Through our collaborative exploration, curiosity, and empathy, I believe we can find opportunities for healing, challenge old patterns that no longer serve you, and develop a greater sense of control over your life.
Therapy is not a “one size fits all” service. Everyone’s story is unique and different, and the service I provide reflects that. I do not consider myself to be the expert of your life, but I do believe my knowledge of and expertise in psychotherapy can help you reach your goals.

About Me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist working in private practice. I earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology in 2016. Although I am based in Los Angeles, I now have the privilege of working with people all across the state of California.
I have experience working with clients of different ages, ethnicities, genders, and sexualities in both private practice and in community based mental health clinic settings. I enjoy working with adults, teenagers, and couples. Aside from anxiety and depression, my specialities include working with relationship distress, jealousy, self-esteem, and ADHD.
I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach utilizing psychodynamic, MBCT, and attachment therapies.
